Manuel Akanji has become an integral member of the Manchester City team since making the surprise move from Borussia Dortmund. The twenty-seven-year-old has adapted fast to Pep Guardiola’s tactics to become a great ball distributor. Akanji’s calmness on the ball gives the Swiss stability to build up from the back and would be their solid presence at the back.
