23. How to close or suspend your account with us

23.1 We will charge an inactive account fee if you do not use your account for an extended period. If you do not use your account for betting or gaming, depositing, withdrawing or transferring funds, or if it is otherwise inactive, for a period of at least 13 consecutive months then it will be considered an inactive account. All inactive accounts will incur a fee of £5 for each month it remains inactive (or such lesser fee as would take the balance to zero), which will be deducted from any funds sitting in that account.
